About the role
The Sales Support Coordinator is a highly collaborative, service-oriented role responsible for supporting Easy Ice sales teams and ensuring a seamless customer and prospect experience. This position supports an assigned sales team—Field Sales, Strategic Growth, or Enterprise—and is also cross-trained to assist other sales channels as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales calls and online submissions, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Qualify and assign leads to the appropriate sales team based on territory or account type.
- Aid in preparing, processing, and submitting customer agreements.
- Cook up with Supply Chain and Installation Coordinators on installation scheduling.
- Support new customer onboarding by communicating next steps and expectations.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, update interaction notes, and track opportunity status.
- Support assigned sales teams while being cross-trained to assist other sales groups.
- Foster a positive customer experience by delivering clear, professional communication.
- Identify potential issues early and facilitate proactive problem-solving between Sales and Operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred.
