About the role
The Sales Support Coordinator - Enterprise plays a crucial role in supporting Easy Ice's sales teams and ensuring a seamless customer and prospect experience. This position is highly collaborative and service-oriented, working closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Installation Coordinators to execute the sales process from initial contact through onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales calls and online submissions, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Qualify and assign leads to the appropriate sales team based on territory or account type.
- Assist with preparing, processing, and submitting customer agreements.
- Carefully coordinate with Supply Chain and Installation Coordinators on installation scheduling.
- Support new customer onboarding by communicating next steps and expectations.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, update interaction notes, and track opportunity status.
- Support assigned sales teams while being cross-trained to assist other sales groups.
- Foster a positive customer experience by delivering clear, professional communication.
- Identify potential issues early and facilitate proactive problem-solving between Sales and Operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred.
