About the role

The Sales Support Coordinator - Enterprise plays a crucial role in supporting Easy Ice's sales teams and ensuring a seamless customer and prospect experience. This position is highly collaborative and service-oriented, working closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Installation Coordinators to execute the sales process from initial contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales calls and online submissions, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Qualify and assign leads to the appropriate sales team based on territory or account type.
  • Assist with preparing, processing, and submitting customer agreements.
  • Carefully coordinate with Supply Chain and Installation Coordinators on installation scheduling.
  • Support new customer onboarding by communicating next steps and expectations.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy, update interaction notes, and track opportunity status.
  • Support assigned sales teams while being cross-trained to assist other sales groups.
  • Foster a positive customer experience by delivering clear, professional communication.
  • Identify potential issues early and facilitate proactive problem-solving between Sales and Operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred.

Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
