Sales Support Coordinator
About The Role
As a CBRE Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative support to an office. This job is part of the Sales Operations function. They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Gather documentation to complete voucher forms and process commission payments.
- Collect, compile, and evaluate data and create written descriptions of results.
- Maintain company brand client messaging by applying templates to produce marketing materials.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Read and route incoming mail.
- Compose and prepare routine communications, faxes, and emails for sales professionals.
- Maintain and update relevant databases and assist with website updates.
- Organize and maintain the filing system and other records.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
What You’ll Need
- A High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Compensation
The minimum salary for the Sales Support Coordinator position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sales Support Coordinator position is $65,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
