Sales Support, Clinical Specialist - Coronary - Image Guided Therapy Devices (Seattle WA)

About the role

Supports Territory Manager(s) and the Regional Sales Manager with sales activities that include procedure coverage, uncovering new opportunities for IGTD product penetration into assigned territory, and maintaining existing customers. Works independently to achieve business objectives and sales metrics set forth by the Philips IGTD division.

Builds solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory, operating room personnel and business office staff, training/education, research, and supporting equipment and software. Interfaces with Marketing, R&D and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements. Provides ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries.

This is a field role, most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Manager(s) and Regional Sales Manager with sales activities, including procedure coverage
• Uncover new opportunities for IGTD product penetration in assigned territory
• Maintain existing customer relationships
• Interface directly with hospital staff, including physicians, catheter lab, OR personnel, and business office staff
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and internal groups to assess needs and provide competitive intelligence
• Support company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience in a hospital setting
• License as a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), Registered Nurse (RN), CVIS, or RCIS
• High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
• Strong training and motivational skills
• Must reside in or within commuting distance to Seattle, WA
• US work authorization (no sponsorship provided now or in the future)

Pay

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the target earning potential is $110,500 - $192,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
