Please note, this position is for our New Store Opening at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio.

About the role

You play a critical role in a successful customer journey. You have a contagious energy and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a strong sense of your own personal style and are enthusiastic about hospitality. You will be responsible for facilitating strong customer relationships and have a personal approach to each interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales through accurate and efficient execution of all stock, visual, and point of sales activities
• Provide an engaging and welcoming environment for all customers
• Aid in merchandise handling including shipment receiving and processing procedures to floor ready standards and maintenance of customer goods
• Carry out additional duties/tasks that support the sales team as directed by management

Requirements

• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team oriented
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or related field preferred

Pay

Competitive salary between $15 - $19 hourly for a full-time contract, plus a lucrative commission structure.

Schedule
