Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotes for customers as requested.
  • Communicating via email or phone calls with customers and vendors, generally done in the English language.
  • Entering new and/or revised purchase orders.
  • Send requisitions to the purchasing department as needed for non-stock material.
  • Maintain expedite reports and customer portals as required by the customers.
  • Maintain an up to date backlog report.
  • Prepare and finalize any paperwork required for new or existing customers.
  • Affix to the Sales Team as needed.
  • Greet and screen telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Operate computer systems.
  • Maintain a clean office environment.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Customer Relations and Customer Service.
  • World class professionalism.
  • Teamwork.
