Responsibilities
- Preparing quotes for customers as requested.
- Communicating via email or phone calls with customers and vendors, generally done in the English language.
- Entering new and/or revised purchase orders.
- Send requisitions to the purchasing department as needed for non-stock material.
- Maintain expedite reports and customer portals as required by the customers.
- Maintain an up to date backlog report.
- Prepare and finalize any paperwork required for new or existing customers.
- Affix to the Sales Team as needed.
- Greet and screen telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Operate computer systems.
- Maintain a clean office environment.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
- Customer Relations and Customer Service.
