Sales Support Associate III

About the role

The Sales Support Associate role is a crucial part of the store's success and efficiency. They are responsible for providing warm and professional customer service, serving as a brand ambassador, operating POS accurately, maintaining cash wrap organization, handling cash/media in compliance with policy, suggesting add-on products, promoting gift cards, capturing customer information, receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and transfers, managing stock levels, replenishing sales floor, executing visual merchandising updates, supporting sales floor activities, responding to customer requests confidently, and partnering with team or management as needed. They also manage housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet), utilize walkie talkie, understand and read price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Skills

Must have the ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Pay

$15.00 - $21.75 per hour

Schedule

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).
