Description
The Sales Support Assistant performs clerical and administrative duties as needed for the proper function of the Sales and Marketing Department. This role provides a first point of contact for all inquiries and leads, supporting the contract, closing, and move-in processes to ensure an excellent and timely experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from prospective residents and their families
- Handle initial inquiries and provide information about community services and amenities
- Support the contract, closing, and move-in processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate resident onboarding
- Assist with marketing materials and promotional activities
Requirements
- College-level degree is preferred or 3 years of related experience
- Effective communication skills across a varied spectrum of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software
