About the role
A proactive, organized professional ready to take on a blend of administrative support and customer account management.
Responsibilities
- Manage sample shipments and product bins
- Maintain internal AD lists and catalogs
- Liaise with overseas teams to update forecasts and specs
- Provide weekly recaps and review documentation for accuracy
- Schedule showroom visits
- Prepare presentations and coordinate meeting logistics
- Track photography flow, markdowns, RTVs, and product conversions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years relevant industry or support experience
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong command of retail math
- Experience with Navision (plus)
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Skilled multitasker in fast-paced environments
