Sales Support Analyst
PTMA Financial Solutions provides treasury management, liquidity management, and other financial products and services to the public sector. We serve over 12,000 local governments, school districts, and public entities, and partner with over 1,000 financial institutions to strengthen communities nationwide. About the role
We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our Pennsylvania team. This is a hybrid position requiring in-person work 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week, based in Lancaster, PA. Relocation is not provided.
In this role, you will support the organization by engaging with our relationship management/sales team, interfacing with various internal departments, and interacting with clients. You will help maintain robust relationships with local governments, working on behalf of our Pennsylvania School District Liquid Asset Fund (PSDLAF) brand.
Responsibilities
- Triage and investigate inbound client inquiries and collaborate with appropriate parties to resolve all items.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external banking partners.
- Assist in implementing state-of-the-art fraud prevention and reconciliation services for current and new clients.
- Assist clients with third-party website questions and setup.
- Maintain customer account activity by processing requested deposits, payments, and other banking-related transactions.
- Identify trends in customer items and recommend process improvements.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to management when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Prior banking experience is a plus.

Pay
$50,000 – $55,000 USD per year (Pennsylvania).
Schedule
Hybrid: 3 days in-person (Lancaster, PA) and 2 days remote per week.
