Sales Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead virtual and onsite training for sales and events systems across various markets.
• Customize system configurations to align with market needs and drive revenue.
• Develop training materials such as slide decks, trainer notes, and videos.
• Cook up deployment projects with global teams and vendors.
• Liaise with hotel leadership to ensure successful adoption and execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ hotel experience in group sales and event management.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
