About the role
Vilebrequin is looking for a passionate and people-focused Sales Supervisor to join its store leadership team. The Sales Supervisor supports store management with sales generation, operations, and compliance with company procedures. This position is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by immediately greeting customers and proactively offering assistance.
- Provide a dynamic service presence and ask appropriate questions to identify customer needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of store layout, merchandise assortment, and direct customers effectively.
- Foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic customer environment.
- Promote a positive work environment through collaboration.
- Consistently achieve personal and store sales goals using Vilebrequin’s selling ceremony.
- Incorporate the WE SELL SUN selling ceremony in every sale (first smile, be curious, tell the tale, unveil connections, matching top, perfect fit, reassure, and convince).
- Deliver luxury clienteling to provide an exceptional in-store and digital customer experience.
- Study and communicate collection details while assisting clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer wish list and notify customers when products arrive.
- Exceed individual KPI targets: ADS, UPT, Email Capture, Name Attachment Rate, Women’s Sales, and Top to Bottom by delivering top-tier customer service.
- Adhere to all corporate customer service policies.
- Demonstrate effective communication with customers, coworkers, and managers.
- Maintain adequate sales floor supervision.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and coach in the moment.
- Ensure the team demonstrates expert product knowledge to clients.
- Address and resolve customer concerns according to company philosophy and standards.
- Uphold luxury clienteling standards to provide the best customer experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1–2 years of store leadership experience, preferably with luxury brands.
- 3+ years of experience in the luxury retail space.
