Sales Supervisor, Part-Time - Scottsdale

About the role

The Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in achieving store goals by leading and executing all efforts required to enhance customer experiences and drive sales. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position requires a strong commitment to customer service, innovation, and maintaining high standards of inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual store sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Lead the sales floor to provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term customer relationships
• Create a technology-driven in-store experience that surprises and delights customers
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Reformation's values and engaging with customers
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and oversight of incoming and outgoing stock
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts and train staff accordingly
• Support merchandising and presentation standards, and lead training sessions as needed
• Provide ongoing feedback to store leadership on sales performance, product knowledge, and allocation strategies
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment, supporting both new and existing employees
• Work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
• Experience working in a sales or retail organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about taking on new challenges and solving problems
• Positive attitude and dedication to the job

Pay

The wage for this part-time position is $18-$25 per hour. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, but up to 40 hours per week. Daily open availability across a full 7-day work week. Flexible schedule options are available.
