Sales Supervisor - Morristown
About the role
Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences in our retail locations across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you’ll share Warby Parker’s story and mission, contribute to process improvements, and participate in special projects. Similar roles at other brands may be called Keyholder.
Responsibilities
- Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers
- Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
- Develop innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
- Lead by example as an upbeat, flexible team player
- Oversee selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
- Open and close the store
- Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
Requirements
- Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
- Ability to remain cool under pressure and adapt quickly
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Passion for helping customers and teammates
- Positive, fun energy, even during long hours
- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Pay
Warby Parker offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. The range listed is a good-faith estimate at the time of posting, with final compensation determined by qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market data. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
