Sales Supervisor - Domain

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers across all of our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you’ll share Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, contribute to process ideation and improvement, and participate in special projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
• Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
• Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
• Lead by example as an upbeat, flexible team player
• Oversee selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
• Open and close the store
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
• Ability to remain cool under pressure and adapt quickly
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Passion for helping customers and teammates
• Positive, fun energy, even during long hours
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Pay

Warby Parker offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. The range listed is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
