About the Role

As a Sales Supervisor at Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team. You will align the team on driving sales, delivering excellent client experiences, building strong talent, and ensuring efficient store operations. Combining entrepreneurial spirit, brand passion, and luxury retail expertise, you will influence both client and associate experiences through daily presence on the sales floor, in-the-moment coaching, and strategic input on client relationship strategies. You will shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates, driving revenue and ensuring clear communication across the team.

To succeed, you must lead by example with integrity, collaborate effectively, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, think strategically, navigate ambiguity and change, and remain results-oriented. As part of the management team, you will also drive sales both personally and through your team, passionately conveying the vision of Giorgio Armani.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team.
  • Align the team on driving sales, client experience, talent development, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates on the sales floor.
  • Shape and execute store strategies to build trusting client and associate relationships.
  • Drive revenue through personal sales and team leadership.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across the team.
  • Lead by example with integrity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
  • Contribute to client relationship strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor with strong results and teamwork.
  • College or post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate.
  • Experience with retail systems and office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Pay

$17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on the brand.
