Sales Supervisor - Alderwood

About the role

Warby Parker is looking for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create amazing experiences for our customers. In this role you’ll share Warby Parker’s story and mission on the sales floor, take part in process ideation and improvement, and contribute to a variety of special projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers
• Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
• Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
• Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
• Open and close the store
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
• At least 6 months in a management position
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt quickly
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a go-getter attitude
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Team player who is passionate about helping customers and teammates alike
• Innovative, proactive problem-solver
• Self-motivated to be a top performer
• Positive, fun energy even during long hours
• Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency. Compensation includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate plus variable pay for eligible employees.
