Base Pay Range: $28.34 - $30.85/hour

2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

What You’ll Do
Work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the tire sales expert customer's trust.
After a Fully Paid Training Program, You Will Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
Perform quick visual inspections
