About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through the rapid implementation of robotic machine-tending and OPTO automation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to client needs to help find the best solutions for our customers and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize technical expertise to quote projects and ensure every customer receives a high-satisfaction solution that improves their manufacturing profitability.
  • Work closely with senior guidance to master automation and robotics tools—specifically focusing on HAAS, Fanuc, and the Fanuc CRX COBOT packages—to boost operational efficiency and position Phillips as the preferred industry partner.
  • Build solid customer relationships within your assigned territory and foster collaborative partnerships with Haas Automation representatives, vendors, and the Phillips 360 team.
  • Navigate CRM tools, support accurate forecasting, and pursue machine-tending opportunities that deliver industry-leading margins.

Requirements

  • A background in sales is preferred but not required.
  • A high level of ownership and discipline.
  • A strong technical background in automation.

Benefits

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually plus commission opportunities.
