About the Opportunity:The SALES SPECIALIST - RETENTION role focuses on maintaining and increasing customer loyalty by managing inbound and outbound communications related to subscription cancellations and payment issues. This position contributes to customer satisfaction and retention by providing proactive support, addressing concerns, and aligning the company's identity, privacy, and security solutions with customer needs. The role is essential for sustaining recurring revenue and strengthening customer relationships.
