Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families who have requested information
- Conduct financial protection consultations by phone and Zoom
- Learn how to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills
- Build and manage your client pipeline
- Work toward obtaining your life insurance license with training and support
Requirements
You should be motivated, ambitious, and coachable; enjoy connecting with and helping people; be goal-oriented and self-driven; want to develop real-world sales and business skills; be interested in sales, business, finance, or entrepreneurship; seek more flexibility and growth than a traditional career path offers; and be ready to learn and willing to put in the work.
Skills
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, leadership, athletics, or other people-focused roles can be a great foundation, but is not required; attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more than industry experience.
