Sales Specialist
About the role
Sales Specialists play a key role in supporting the Support Solutions Sales team throughout the sales cycle. They are expected to be well-versed in company processes and provide expert assistance to sales representatives. Responsibilities include managing the customer database, generating quotes, processing orders, and supporting sales efforts—particularly for competitive solicitations, requests for quotes (RFQs), and requests for proposals (RFPs). Sales Specialists apply professional sales and customer service practices to meet work requirements and maintain consistent communication with sales leadership and team members. This role may also extend support to other sales departments and assist with marketing initiatives as needed.
