Responsibilities

  • Part and replacement selection based on product information and customer purchase history.
  • Challenged daily to expand technical knowledge.
  • Responsible for quoting customers in a timely manner which includes, product selection, lead-time, and pricing.
  • Understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times.
  • Work closely with and support the JHC product manufacturers.
  • Attend and participate in required trainings.
  • Participate in the after hour and weekend ‘On-Call’ rotation.
  • Work with the OM team to manage an accurate backlog and shipped not invoiced report.

Qualifications

  • Be a team player, and work well as a group.
  • Build and cultivate solid relationships.
