Responsibilities
- Part and replacement selection based on product information and customer purchase history.
- Challenged daily to expand technical knowledge.
- Responsible for quoting customers in a timely manner which includes, product selection, lead-time, and pricing.
- Understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times.
- Work closely with and support the JHC product manufacturers.
- Attend and participate in required trainings.
- Participate in the after hour and weekend ‘On-Call’ rotation.
- Work with the OM team to manage an accurate backlog and shipped not invoiced report.
Qualifications
- Be a team player, and work well as a group.
- Build and cultivate solid relationships.
