HOM Furniture offers flexible scheduling options to balance work and personal life. Full-time employees work a 40-hour schedule, modified full-time employees work 32-36 hours, and part-time employees work up to 28 hours per week. Set schedules are provided after training, with flexible weekend and evening options available.

Pay

Top Sales Professional/Design Associates earn over $80,000 per year with a guaranteed rate of $18-24 per hour against commissions. Immediate bonus opportunities are available.

• Maintain price cards and perform light duties such as vacuuming and dusting in assigned areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (working toward or completed); 2- or 4-year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of exceptional customer service experience
• Big-ticket commission sales experience preferred (e.g., home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
