Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care and achieve sales goals

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, both virtually and in-store
• Maintain price cards and perform light duties such as vacuuming and dusting in assigned areas

Requirements

• Working towards or have a high school diploma or GED (2- or 4-year college degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of exceptional customer service experience
• Big-ticket commission sales experience preferred (e.g., home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances)
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
