Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
• Execute and maintain the SmartStock program, including racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities.
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Attend to customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensure plan-o-gram compliance, marketing best practices, and overall store compliance.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
• Find solutions to customer challenges with assistance.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, merchandising, or sales position.
• 20% travel required (covering Southwest and Central Indiana).
• Monthly cell phone allowance provided.
• Car allowance provided.
