Qualifications

• A few years of telecommunications and/or customer service experience.
• Experience meeting customer expectations, resolving issues, and achieving professional goals.
• A self-motivated problem solver passionate about customers, wellness, and Foot Levelers products.

Responsibilities

Provide wow-worthy customer service on each call.

Become the subject matter expert on custom orthotics and ancillary products.

Maintain detailed and accurate data on valued customers (Chiropractors, Physical Therapists).

Demonstrate a commitment to one-call resolution.

Field calls expeditiously and efficiently.

Consult, consult, and consult some more. Listen first, then recommend products and services that benefit doctors' customers and businesses.

Rise, stretch, and shine. Always look for opportunities to upsell and learn more from each call.

Follow through on billing issues, technical issues, and unresolved inquiries with full and timely attention.
