Compensation: $26/hour + monthly bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of warm inbound calls efficiently, with a focus on servicing, prospecting, and lead qualification.
- Cover initial contact and follow-up to identify needs and determine customer fit.
- Follow scripts verbatim for products and services, applying rebuttals as needed.
- Build trust-based relationships by going above and beyond in addressing early customer concerns.
- Offer service support or handle simple service questions prior to transferring to a loan officer.
- Consistently meet individual and team targets for lead conversion, customer service, productivity, and quality.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Prior experience in a call center, sales, or customer service environment.
- Excellent phone communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive.
- Basic technical proficiency, including experience with CRM systems, phone systems, and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a high-volume environment.
- Preferred: Background in mortgage, finance, and/or sales.

- Vacation — Vacation hours accrue on a per pay period basis. Balance maximums are based on years of service.
