Baker Hughes Cordant Solutions offers a holistic suite of machine condition monitoring and protection hardware, software, and services. We have also developed a suite of solutions, “Cordant”, which helps our clients with asset performance management, process optimization, and energy management solutions. This role will be accountable for strategy development, sales, and activation of mapped customer accounts to support the Cordant Solution Software solutions, including Asset Performance Management, Process Optimization, and Energy Management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with ‘C’ level and key customer personas to promote the Cordant Solutions portfolio.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.
  • Develop, own, and drive strategic account plans for named key accounts.
  • Introduce technical sales representatives and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.
  • Lead efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation, and maintenance.
  • Support the regional software sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market.
  • Work with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • More than 5 years of software sales experience and delivering business results.
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Asset Performance Management space and/or Process Optimization.
  • Knowledge of the financial, competitor, and regulatory environment.
  • Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure.
  • Established experience in large and key Account Management.
