About the role
The Sales Desk Associate works with a team to achieve organizational goals, maintain key customer relationships, and identify business opportunities through collaborative opportunities with Hospital Patient Monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact, handle customer needs, generate quotes, and pursue new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Identify and advance sales opportunities, working with sales leaders and account teams to grow the prospect funnel.
- Contribute to territory planning and coverage by using data analytics.
- Maintain and upsell within established accounts, reaching out to incoming leads via phone and email to discuss how our POS solution can benefit their business.
- Achieve specific metrics related to funnel velocity, opportunity advancement, and territory growth.
- Participate in customer site visits for walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Must be able to travel to customer sites up to 15%.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, field sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Experience selling medical devices, service agreements, consumables, or healthcare products is preferred.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and strong PC skills (MS Project, Office, Outlook).
- Strong closing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
- Acquired 2+ years of experience in inside sales, field sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Preferred experience selling medical devices, service agreements, consumables, or healthcare products.

Pay
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $93,000 to $103,500 annually. Details about our benefits can be found here.

This is an office role. For field roles, effectiveness is generally achieved outside of the company's main facilities, typically at customer or supplier locations.
