Job Description

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the sales and retail recruiting efforts, building and maintaining a pipeline for the Membership Advisor and Retail Manager on Duty positions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an effective sales recruiting pipeline through active sourcing and talent identification.
  • Partner with the field organization to assess recruiting needs and address key issues.
  • Implement and utilize effective recruitment initiatives to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Generate and screen resumes and applications, conduct in-depth interviews, and prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house tools to identify and recruit top candidates.
  • Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting, including workforce planning, special search assignments, and new club openings.
  • Share recruiting metrics and data-driven insights to support workforce planning and influence hiring decisions.
  • Identify and recommend new recruitment marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate regional event participation, including career events for new club openings.
  • Manage a high volume of pipelines, track and analyze data, and manage candidates, clients, and team.
  • Execute both tactical and strategic initiatives, focusing on proven success, attitude, and cultural fit.
  • Interact with and influence senior operations leaders.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resources; campus recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing data.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting techniques, and other web-based employment strategies (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, UKG Pro, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage candidates, clients, and team.
  • Sense of urgency to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, wage and salary trends, job posting, networking events, in-person presentations, referral programs, and headhunting.
  • Strong Boolean search and resume database search skills.
  • Proven success in executing both tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Keen eye for talent, focusing on proven success, attitude, and cultural fit.
  • Ability to interact with and influence senior operations leaders.

Pay Transparency: $70,000-75,000 annually
