Sales Representivie/ Fronter

Key Responsibilities

• Makes outbound calls and/or handles inbound inquiries from potential health insurance customers
• Engages prospects in friendly, professional conversations to understand their needs and intent
• Asks qualifying questions to determine eligibility, interest level, and readiness to enroll
• Clearly explains the next steps in the health insurance enrollment process (without selling or advising on plans)
• Identifies and filters out uninterested, unqualified, or non-serious leads
• Accurately documents call outcomes and customer information in the CRM system
• Warm-transfers or schedules qualified, serious prospects with licensed sales agents
• Maintains compliance with company policies, call scripts, and data privacy standards
• Mets or exceeds daily and weekly activity and qualification targets

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
• Ability to build quick rapport and handle objections professionally
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
