About the role
The Sales Representatives play a crucial role in expanding the fitness studio's membership by effectively selling memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with both current and potential members.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct facility tours to establish rapport and understand member needs
- Maintain sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
- Promote available services and book quality appointments
- Participate in special events to enhance club promotion
- Develop and refine selling and customer service skills
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain records
- Input inventory for retail items and assist with light cleaning tasks
- Attend and complete relevant training programs
- Take photos for social media platforms
Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- A warm and engaging personality
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales quotas
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Proficient in using the ClubReady software system
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in computer skills
- Occasional travel may be required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
