Capital Vacations is hiring motivated, licensed sales professionals to join our Frontline Sales Team in Hollywood Beach. No previous timeshare experience is required. If you have proven sales experience and an active Florida Real Estate License, we'll provide the in-person training, Hyperbound AI sales technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you transition your sales skills into vacation ownership. We'll teach you vacation ownership. Position Overview As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests visiting our Hollywood Beach location, understand their vacation needs, and introduce them to Capital Vacations. You'll deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, build value, overcome objections, and confidently close sales. Qualified guest presentations are provided — no cold calling or prospecting required. Qualifications Active Florida Real Estate License — Required Previous sales experience — Required Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to build relationships Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Coachable and motivated to learn Professional, customer-focused approach Ability to work weekends and holidays No Timeshare Experience Required Previous vacation ownership or timeshare experience is welcome, but not required. We encourage proven sales professionals from backgrounds including real estate, automotive, luxury retail, home improvement, hospitality, membership sales, and other commission-based sales environments to apply.
