At MPower Direct, we help homeowners across the East Coast switch to clean, affordable energy. We're seeking sales representatives in Queens who want to make a difference, develop their skills, and earn weekly compensation.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face-to-face in Queens neighborhoods
• Present energy-saving options in a simple, conversational manner
• Enroll customers using MPower's straightforward process
• Hit daily and weekly activity goals set by your team lead
• Show up, stay coachable, and compete every day

Requirements

• No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided
• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
• Motivated by income, not just employment
• Reliable, coachable, and competitive
• No degree required
