Explain the benefits clearly so customers understand the value for their home and community.
Walk customers through a smooth, accurate enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail.
Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and ongoing coaching.
Set goals, stay consistent, and work toward hitting and exceeding targets.
Represent MPower with confidence and professionalism while growing into leadership.

We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Coachable, open-minded, and growth-focused
- No degree required—your drive matters more than your resume
- Full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 11 AM-8 PM
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus—full training provided
- Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
