About the role
Cintas, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join its growing Outside Sales team. This role involves providing solutions to customers' work apparel needs through weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding.
Responsibilities
- Possess a high school diploma or GED and valid driver's license.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business, and achieve weekly sales goals.
- Apply learned skills from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
- Build relationships with customers and prospects, focusing on customer satisfaction and results.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay
Salary + Monthly Commission: Competitive base salary with the potential to earn unlimited commission and a quarterly bonus based on performance.

Full Time - 1st Shift
