About the role
Cintas, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join its growing Outside Sales team. This role involves selling work apparel solutions to customers, including laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding.
Responsibilities
- Possess the ability to prospect, develop, and qualify leads within a designated territory.
- Utilize the CRM system to identify, prospect, close new business, and consistently meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Apply learned skills from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in a similar sales role, preferably in B2B sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, coachable, ambitious, and customer-focused.
- Ability to present ideas confidently and solve problems effectively.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $150,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
Schedule
This role is full-time and operates on a 1st shift schedule.
