About the role
Cintas, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join its growing Outside Sales team. This role focuses on providing solutions to customers' work apparel needs through services like laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding.
Responsibilities
- Possess the ability to prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
- Utilize the CRM system to identify, prospect, close new business, and consistently meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Apply the learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including skills in cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
- Build relationships with customers and prospects to ensure they are satisfied with Cintas' services.
- Represent Cintas with professionalism and enthusiasm, showcasing solutions and solutions-centric advising.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in a similar sales role, preferably in B2B sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, coachable, ambitious, and customer-focused.
- Confident and charismatic with a genuine interest in bringing ideas and solutions to life.
Skills

Pay
A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $150,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
Schedule
This role is full-time with a 1st shift schedule.
