About the role

Cintas, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join its growing Outside Sales team. This role focuses on providing solutions to customers' work apparel needs through weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding.

Responsibilities

  • Possess the ability to prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
  • Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
  • Apply the learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in new business-to-business (B2B) sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, coachable, ambitious, and customer-focused.
  • Confident and charismatic, with a solution-centric approach.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $150,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.

Schedule

This role is full-time and operates on a 1st shift schedule.
