Sales representative - UAE

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven UAE - Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the similar position.
• Experience in the Travel Industry would be nice to have.
• English as a bilingual (or full professional) ability is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Full-time / Part-time position.
• Full remote.
• Travel may be required based on the specific use cases.
