Sales Representative - Student Media Center

About the Role

The Sales Representative for the Student Media Center at Rider University will generate sales leads, build relationships with a local and regional customer base in Mercer, Bucks, and Burlington counties, and close sales to earn commission-based income for 107.7 The Bronc, 107.7 The Bronc Retro, The Rider News, and RUN-TV.

Compensation

100% commission-based. Commission rate: 20% on new and returning business. Payment is contingent upon receipt of collections.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in media sales or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
