About the Role
Our client is an established medical device distributor specialising in the orthopaedic and spine sectors. They are expanding their commercial team and seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive business growth across the Southern United States.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across an established territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic and spine surgeons, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centres (ASCs).
- Identify new business opportunities while maximising sales within existing customer accounts.
- Provide clinical support and product expertise during surgical procedures.
- Deliver a high standard of account management and responsive customer service.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to successfully execute territory growth strategies.
Requirements
- A proven track record in medical device sales, specifically within orthopaedics, spine, or another surgical specialty.
- Demonstrable success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- An established network of relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and key clinical decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a large sales territory effectively.
Qualifications
- An existing book of business within Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee (desirable).

Schedule
