Duties And Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise accounts including bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
- Manage and grow an established spirits territory while developing new account business through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain consistent customer contact and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve order, delivery, billing, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Travel daily within the assigned territory to support account needs and sales objectives.
- Sales Execution
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Present and sell the MBG spirits portfolio using a consultative, solutions-based selling approach.
- Drive incremental sales through new distribution, menu placements, cocktail features, and back-bar visibility.
- Influence purchasing decisions by aligning product recommendations with each account’s concept and target guest.
- Brand Building & Activation
- Execute supplier programs, incentives, and promotional initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
- Secure and maintain menu listings, cocktail features, and brand visibility within accounts.
- Cook up tastings, staff trainings, and brand events to increase product knowledge and advocacy.
- Ensure point-of-sale materials and brand standards are properly executed.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for assigned portfolios within the on-premise market.
- Reporting & Administration
- Plan weekly routes, pre-plans, and territory strategies to maximize productivity.
- Accurately enter orders, account activity, and notes into the CRM system.
- Track incentives, performance metrics, and program execution.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable Texas alcohol regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting and feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity.

Qualifications
- 21 years or older, High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Spirits knowledge preferred
- 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience (On-Premise preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs that support corporate initiatives
- Strong PC application skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across teams in a fast-paced environment while building relationships
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- This position requires attendance at local meetings, local travel and occasional out-of-town travel
- Must hold a valid and current Florida driver’s license within MVR policy guidelines throughout employment
- Must ensure reliable, insured transportation, in accordance with company policy
- The policy must include the following minimum coverage: $100,000 for bodily injury, $300,000 for liability, and $50,000 for property damage
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment
