Key Responsibilities
- Self-generate leads and appointment opportunities through door knocking, networking referrals, and other sales activities.
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their needs, goals, and project expectations.
- Recommend appropriate exterior remodeling products and services based on the homeowner’s needs.
- Deliver clear, confident, and compelling sales presentations.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.
- Provide exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project handoff.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify referral opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in home improvement, construction, exterior remodeling, or a related industry preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on homeowner availability.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to achieve results.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
