About the role
Canada Dry Potomac Corporation, a proud member of The Honickman Companies, is seeking a motivated Conventional Sales Representative to join their growing team. This field-based role involves representing iconic beverage brands, building strong customer partnerships, and driving sales growth across an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
- Driving sales, distribution, and brand visibility at each account.
- Executing strategic sales plans to meet volume and growth goals.
- Securing shelf space, displays, and promotional placements.
- Ensuring products are fresh, rotated, and merchandised to standard.
- Identifying opportunities, resolving objections, and providing solutions.
- Supporting store promotions, grand openings, and special requests.
- Monitoring competitor activity and reporting market insights.
- Completing daily paperwork, invoices, and route documentation.
- Maintaining company vehicle and equipment in excellent condition.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Beverage or CPG sales experience.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Rate: $18.46 + commission + mileage reimbursement.
