Sales Representative - San Antonio, TX - Patient Care

About the role

As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell Acute Care products, focusing on Patient Care solutions to healthcare providers. You’ll work with a diverse range of products, including bed frames, patient room furniture, and support surfaces. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders. You’ll stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to position Stryker’s products effectively. You’ll also exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care products to meet customer needs.
• Become a Patient Care expert while working with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Focus on customer satisfaction through a consultative approach and responsive service.
• Ensure cost reduction, on-time, complete, and error-free shipments.
• Utilize experience with reports, budgets, customer service, and project management.
• Apply knowledge of market research, new product introduction, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, and field testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

Pay

$60,000 base salary, with eligibility to earn commission and/or bonuses.
