Sales Representative – Roofing & Exterior Restoration

Office Location: 8450 Hickman Rd, Suite 26 Clive, IA 50325
Hiring throughout the Greater Des Moines area and surrounding Iowa communities. This position services the Des Moines market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Clive office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. If you've worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, telecommunications, or another customer-facing role, your experience may translate well into this position.

Pay

• Weekly Pay
• Paid Training
• Uncapped Commission
• First-Year Earnings Potential: $50,000–$200,000+ (top performers regularly exceed this range)

Schedule

Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments. Local travel throughout the Des Moines market.
