Sales Representative – Roofing & Exterior Restoration

No roofing experience is required.

This position services the Lexington market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Nicholasville office (3055 Lexington Road, Unit B, Nicholasville, KY 40356).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. If you've worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, telecommunications, or another customer-facing role, your experience may translate well into this position.

Pay

This is a Full-Time W-2 position with a pay structure that includes:

• Weekly Pay
• Paid Training
• Uncapped Commission

First-Year Earnings Potential: $50,000–$200,000+. Top performers regularly exceed this range.
