- Relationship Development: Building high-value relationships with homeowners, residential GCs, and home builders that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Proposal & Quote Management: Generating precise, technically accurate proposals using CRM tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Service Technicians and Installation teams to ensure flawless delivery and convert every service call into a new sales opportunity.
- Market Intelligence & Brand Presence: Knowing the market cold and using intelligence to influence purchase decisions and grow DuraServ's footprint in the residential channel.
- Client Retention & Problem Resolution: Owning the relationship post-sale and handling issues with urgency and professionalism.
